Since joining the firm in 2001, Phil has led major institutional and academic projects including George Brown Polytechnic's Limberlost Place, the Headquarters for the Ontario Secondary School Teachers' Federation, Toronto Metropolitan University’s Centre for Urban Innovation, the University of Toronto Mississauga Innovation Complex, Victoria University’s Goldring Student Centre, and multiple transformative projects for Humber College, such as the Athletic Centre, Student Welcome & Resource Centre, and Centre for Entrepreneurship.
