Carol Speaking at National Forestry Policy Conference

MTA Partner, Carol Phillips, will be presenting at the National Forest Policy Conference tomorrow in Ottawa.

Hosted at the National Arts Centre, the theme of this event is “Unlocking the Potential of Canadian Forestry / National Challenges, Natural Solutions, and Building a Brighter Future”. As the leader of many of our firm’s mass timber projects, including Limberlost Place at George Brown College (designed with Acton Ostry Architects Inc.), the Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation (OSSTF/FEESO) Headquarters and Multi-Tenant Commercial Building, and Makwa Waakaa’igan Indigenous Centre for Cultural Excellence at Algoma University (designed with Smoke Architecture Inc.), Carol is at the forefront of sustainable design innovation as it relates to wood materials and the Canadian forest industry.
