See Limberlost Place, a new addition to George Brown College’s waterfront campus designed by Moriyama & Teshima Architects and Acton Ostry Architects Inc., as you’ve never seen it before in this newly refreshed animation created by MTA’s Jay Zhao and narrated by MTA’s Carol Phillips. This landmark, tall wood, net-zero carbon emissions building currently under construction in Toronto’s East Bayfront community will feature ecological innovation across its entire life cycle.
A model for 21st century smart, sustainable, green building innovation throughout Canada, the 225,000 SF Limberlost Place also has a made in Canada structural solution, where all the mass wood components will be sourced nationally. As the first institutional tall wood building in the country, the design provides generous spaces focused on wellbeing and sustainability.
