Adrienne Tam brings nearly 25 years of experience as a Designer, Project Manager, and Contract Administrator for educational and athletic facilities.

As Project Manager, Adrienne helped realize the expansion of Hillfield Strathallan College in Hamilton, a complex multi-phase project involving the new Michael de Groote Senior School, the College Commons Quadrangle, a glass-walled student learning commons and library and the Athletic Complex. Adrienne’s engaging communication skills, comprehensive knowledge of building technologies and relentless tenacity were indispensable to the success of this eight-year collaboration.

Examples of Adrienne’s other notable work include the expansion and renovation of Building G at Humber College’s heritage Lakeshore Campus in Toronto, where she served as Project Manager and Contract Administrator, the Brian Mulroney Institute for Governance at St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia, and the Conestoga College North Campus Expansion project in Waterloo. More recently, Adrienne served as the Project Manager for a new Training Facility, Station and Administrative complex for the Ottawa Police Services.

Adrienne was Project Manager for Limberlost Place (formerly: “The Arbour”), a 10-storey, state-of-the-art, mass timber project for George Brown College (GBC) currently under construction on Toronto’s waterfront. She managed Client relations and orchestrated the user group engagement process for Limberlost Place, while coordinating with jurisdictional authorities to navigate an extremely complex regulatory framework. Adrienne worked with GBC for pre-construction services and tender, utilizing strong collaboration skills to direct an extensive internal design team and consultant group.
