Katie Weber’s degree in Fine Art from NSCAD University led her to the arts and culture sector where she directed the educational programming at Canada’s Design Museum. Grant writing skills from that sector led to marketing and business development roles in both interior design and architecture. In addition to leading the proposals group at MTA, Katie also leads the strategy and execution of marketing efforts to build the brand and connect with the community – from clients, to stakeholders, to new recruits. Her multi-faceted design background lends a design thinking mindset to innovative marketing, communications, and business development efforts.
