Rutuja Atre is an accomplished architectural professional with a wealth of experience and a passion for creating meaningful and sustainable built environments. With dedicated experience in various design phases, Rutuja has established herself as a talented designer capable of making a significant impact on every project she undertakes. She joined MTA in 2022 and has since been a valuable asset to the firm, consistently delivering exceptional results on a wide range of projects.
Rutuja’s educational background is equally impressive, with a Bachelor of Architectural Science and a Master of Architecture from Toronto Metropolitan University. Her interest in maximizing positive impact to surrounding context with low carbon solutions guided her thesis work on reclaiming and reconnecting to ecological and social systems through architecture. Her work was awarded the OAA Guild Medal for demonstrating design excellence with innovative approaches to sustainability.
