MTA was saddened to learn of the passing of former Canadian Prime Minister, Brian Mulroney. We had the distinct pleasure of working with him in completing the Brian Mulroney Institute of Government Building at St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia – now one of Canada’s preeminent centres for undergraduate education in the areas of government, public policy, and leadership.
