Limberlost Place, George Brown Polytechnic

In collaboration with Acton Ostry Architects, MTA designed Limberlost Place, a 10-storey mass timber building for George Brown Polytechnic’s Waterfront Campus. Located in the heart of Toronto, the net-zero carbon tower serves as home to the School of Architectural Studies. The landmark tower is the first mass timber assembly occupancy building in North America, pushing boundaries in sustainability and innovation for its diverse student population.
