Taking place on Wednesday, July 31st at 6:00PM, guests will have the opportunity to walk through and learn about this progressive 3-storey, 124,000 SF, fully exposed mass timber project that utilizes net-zero strategies. The MTA team is excited to share the design considerations, material selections, and architectural innovations that went into creating this highly sustainable office building overlooking the beautiful Don Valley Ravine landscape.
