Seen in the following video is the Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC) Sydney Waterfront Campus, designed by Moriyama Teshima Architects and Barrie and Langille Architects with landscape architecture by Fathom Studio. This state-of-the-art facility incorporates sustainable building practices, including a geothermal system which will reduce carbon emissions significantly and provide significant energy savings.
This new campus will empower students for academic and professional success. Committed to fostering knowledge, growth, and community engagement, the building is equipped with cutting-edge resources, inspiring environments, and collaborative spaces.
