Our team was excited to have Russell Pollard, Founder of Framework Leadership, come to our studio and deliver a presentation on Pride. The purpose of the Pride Talk series is to support equity and inclusion for LGTBQ+ employees in the workplaces of architecture, consulting engineering, and design firms. We found the session to be informative and thought-provoking, and gained a lot from the Q&A period following where he generously shared his experiences and wisdom.
