On Thursday, May 16th, MTA Partners Emmanuelle van Rutten and Ronen Bauer (pictured) will be speaking at the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC) Annual Conference taking place in Vancouver. Alongside James Rice of Kasian Architecture and Interior Design, they will be presenting on the design and technical features of the West Memorial Building (WMB) Rehabilitation project in Ottawa. The lecture will be focused around 3 areas: the urban realm and heritage context, how the design integrated the Supreme Court needs into this unique building, and the technical aspects of the rehabilitation and new interventions.
