The Ottawa West District Library’s Beaverbrook Branch and the UTM Innovation Complex at the University of Toronto, Mississauga have been certified LEED Silver. Both are expansion and renovation projects.

The Beaverbrook Branch Library was recently awarded the Ontario Library Association Award for Library Architectural and Design Transformation. The UTM Innovation Complex has also been well received — the Design-Build project was delivered in only 18 months: “We are thrilled with the recently-completed Innovation Complex at the University of Toronto, Mississauga.
