Guided by Waterfront Toronto’s new Resilience and Innovation Framework, established in 2017, this Version 3 update of the Minimum Green Building Requirements (MGBR), now named the Green Building Requirements (GBR), outlines a strategy for how the built environment can address our current climate emergency, while enabling healthier, resilient and more livable cities.
