Jillian Weinberger

Intern Architect
Jillian Weinberger is an Intern Architect, with experience on a range of projects in the residential, institutional, and cultural sectors. Since joining MTA in 2023, she has leveraged her skills in developing drawing sets and presentation materials for various stages of design work, from concept models to construction documents. Driven by a passion for sustainable building design, Jillian is now expanding her expertise by contributing toward one of the firm’s mass timber projects.
Jillian completed both her Bachelor of Architectural Studies and Master of Architecture from Carleton University, where she earned the Ontario Graduate Scholarship during her studies. Through her focus on ecological design methodologies in her thesis work, Jillian co-founded the Landscape Lab while serving as a Teaching Assistant as a way to share her knowledge and passion for the subject matter with fellow and future students.
