With a combination of understanding of architectural principles, commitment to excellence and passion for art, Julio serves as a facilitator in design leadership. He is adept at harnessing the varied skills of team members to drive collaboration, facilitate the exchange of ideas and the deliver creative design.
His extensive portfolio spans across various project types, including educational institutions, public buildings, healthcare facilities, heritage preservation and adaptive reuse projects, hospitality venues, and custom residential designs. Julio’s expertise extends through all project phases, from conceptualization to the meticulous completion of contract administration.
A licensed Architect with the OAA, Julio has also shared his expertise as a design instructor at Universidade Tuiuti do Parana in Brazil, nurturing the next generation of architects with his knowledge and passion for design.
