NSCC Sydney Waterfront Campus to become most Sustainable and Accessible Building Developments in the province
The Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC) Sydney Waterfront Campus is on track to become one of the most sustainable and accessible building developments in the province.
Designed by Moriyama Teshima Architects and Barrie and Langille Architects, the NSCC Sydney Waterfront project is a 305,000 sqft multi-building complex being constructed according to the highest standards in sustainability metrics of provincial jurisdiction, with plans to also achieve gold certification in accessibility standards through the Rick Hansen Foundation Accessibility Certification (RHFAC) program.
