Serafima Korovina is an OAA licensed Architect with over a decade of professional experience in the field. Her extensive background in architecture includes working for esteemed practices in both Toronto and New York before joining the team at MTA in 2023. Serafima’s specialization lies in developing envelope and interior detailing for buildings with high sustainability and performance goals. Her ability to work closely with consultants and contractors to develop unique solutions that align with client design goals sets her apart in the industry.
Her dedication to the architectural community is evident through her role as a guest critic for student reviews at institutions such as the University of Toronto and OCAD University. Serafima also engages in design competitions, and has been involved in creating float and sculptural pieces for Nuit Blanche, showcasing her creativity beyond her architectural work.
