We at MTA would like to close out this year by recognizing the remarkable life and career of firm founder, Raymond Moriyama, who passed away peacefully on September 1st, 2023.

We shared a special evening together with a close network of professional colleagues and friends at the Toronto Reference Library. This event provided an opportunity to gather and reminisce on the ways in which Raymond impacted society through his work in the architecture and design industry. During this tribute, the following video was played for all to watch. Created by MTA Senior Associate, Norman Jennings, it is a visual chronicle of Raymond’s life and achievements.
