University of Guelph Honey Bee Research Centre named finalist in 2021 World Architecture Festival – Future Projects Awards

We’re thrilled to announce that the University of Guelph – Ontario Agricultural College Honey Bee Research Centre has been named a finalist in the 2021 World Architecture Festival (WAF) – Future Projects Awards.

Learning from one of nature’s greatest architects, the honey bees, MTA envisions an architecture of collaboration, ingenuity and efficiency. This new project will be an iconic, state-of-the-art centre for research inspired by the honey bee, dedicated to honey bee health and demonstrating sustainability that will focus on research, education and discovery.

Being recognized by the WAF is an incredible honour and we look forward to presenting our work at the WAF in December.
