As an experienced Project Manager, Contract Administrator, Designer and Job Captain, Phil Silverstein’s exceptional project management ability has successfully tackled some of MTA’s most complex, fast-tracked, multi-phase renovation and expansion projects. Since joining the firm in 2001, Phil’s outstanding collaborative ability and highly efficient working style have been integral to delivering multifaceted projects such as Limberlost Place, Toronto Metropolitan University’s Centre for Urban Innovation, the University of Toronto Mississauga’s Innovation Complex, Victoria University’s Goldring Student Centre, and three projects for Humber College including their Athletic Centre, Student Welcome & Resource Centre, and the Centre for Entrepreneurship.
Consistently cultivating positive and effective work environments with large project and consultant teams, Phil’s affable yet clear and direct communication style, coupled with his extensive knowledge of building systems and technologies, help to ensure that projects retain their design integrity and are delivered according to schedule and budget.
