Congratulations to all involved in the 8th annual TimberFever Design Build competition held at Toronto Metropolitan University! Architectural Science and Civil Engineering students participated in this highly unique competition this past weekend, whereupon they were tasked to design and construct a small structure made with timber materials. This is a fantastic exercise that fosters hands-on learning, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and creative thinking.
Industry leaders provided mentorship throughout the 3-day event and judged the final results. MTA Partner Ronen Bauer, pictured here with TimberFever Founder David Moses (Moses Structural Engineers), was excited to take part.
