We are thrilled that Azure Magazine’s list of the 10 Landmark Projects Shaping Architecture in 2024, includes Limberlost Place, our joint venture project with Acton Ostry Architects on the George Brown College Waterfront Campus in downtown Toronto!

The ten-storey, net-zero carbon emissions, mass timber institutional building which is currently under construction, earned the AZ Award for Unbuilt Buildings in 2019. Since that time, the project has been making headlines in a major way for pushing benchmarks on sustainable development and operational goals. It is first building of its kind in North America, whose assembly marks an important step in the widespread generation of large-span, mass wood structures in assembly occupancies.
