Building Equality in Architecture Capital Region (BEACAP) held its inaugural meeting last week at MTA’s Ottawa office!

MTA Partner Emmanuelle van Rutten and Associate Carolyn Gillespie, with Janis Hamacher from KWC Architects Inc., shared a presentation with attendees on Building Equity in Architecture’s history in Canada, and the vision and development goals for BEACAP. We look forward to seeing the many meaningful ways in which BEACAP is going to impact the industry—through mentorship, community outreach, and professional support, in 2025 and beyond!
