We are proud to announce the newly designated Associates at Moriyama & Teshima Architects: Carolyn Gillespie, Olivia Keung, Andrea Janzen, Katie Weber, and Troy Wright. These five individuals have shown great dedication to their work, have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure success, and have displayed qualities that align with our forward vision as a firm.

Carolyn is an architect with experience on a diverse range of projects ranging from commercial mixed-use developments to institutional and civic buildings; her contributions to the West Memorial Building Rehabilitation project in Ottawa have been invaluable.

Olivia is a leader in sustainable design. She is a licensed architect with a strong commitment to environmental stewardship, and has championed a number of the firm’s most innovative and forward-thinking projects to date.

Andrea is an accomplished architectural designer with experience in both Canada and the US. She has served as the Project Manager on a number of complex institutional building projects for MTA, consistently demonstrating her exemplary planning, design, and organizational capabilities.

Katie is the Director of Marketing for the firm, leading both the proposals team as well as the strategy and execution of marketing efforts to build the MTA brand. Her impact on business development and overall success rate has been tremendously effectual.

Troy is returning to MTA with a wealth of experience in institutional and residential projects. He will work closely with senior leadership to focus on project delivery, throughout all stages of design and construction administration.
