Tess Hoover is Moriyama Teshima Architects’ Communications Specialist, responsible for growing and maintaining the firm’s brand presence through a variety of means. This includes managing the firm’s website and social media accounts, leading outreach initiatives with educational, professional, and media entities, curating the firm’s external marketing projects, and completing award submissions. Tess helps organize events to further team cohesion and alignment around MTA’s core values, and serves as the firm’s in-house photographer / videographer for social gatherings.
Through her contributions, Tess has significantly increased engagement across all of MTA’s social media platforms, refreshed the firm’s iconography and branding consistency, and delivered reports outlining marketing trends and statistics. Building on the firm’s impressive legacy, she has established herself as a leader in communications, serving as the public relations contact for both internal and external matters.
Tess earned a Bachelor of Architectural Science from Toronto Metropolitan University, and recently completed a Post-Graduate Certificate at OCAD University in Graphic Design and Visual Communications.
