Adrienne Tam Named RAIC Fellow

We are proud to share that the late Adrienne Tam, Architect, and valued team member at Moriyama Teshima Architects for over 22 years, has been named a Fellow of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC). Adrienne made distinguished contributions through excellence in architectural design and management throughout the course of her career. She was an asset to any project team she was part of – bringing passion, skill, and humanity to her work, all while setting a strong example for women in a traditionally male dominated profession.

“Adrienne’s highly developed design sensitivity, deep understanding of building science and technical detailing, construction, and contract administration enabled her to perform at a very high level. Her skill set and capabilities were especially effective on challenging projects.”
Daniel Teramura, Moriyama Teshima Architects (former)

Carol Phillips, MTA Partner and close professional and personal colleague of Adrienne’s, will be accepting this honour on Adrienne’s behalf at the upcoming RAIC Conference in May.
