Daniels Design Discovery Program Visits MTA’s Studio

The MTA team welcomed secondary students participating in the University of Toronto John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape, and Design’s summer course, Daniels Design Discovery. This unique program includes visits to architecture firms across the city to help expand participants’ understanding of the design process in the real world.

Architect Corey Brown started the morning with a tour of our office, followed by presentations led by Miranda DelPlavignano, Tess Hoover, Emmanuel Awuah, and Maria Pavlou who spoke of their professional roles in Interior Design, Architecture Marketing, and Architectural Technology, respectively. We were impressed by the level of engagement and curiosity by this year’s group – the future of our industry is truly bright!
