Limberlost Place Construction Progress

Limberlost Place was recently featured by Urban Toronto in a thorough account of the project conception, competition, design stage, and now construction phase. This mass timber marvel, a collaboration between Moriyama & Teshima Architects and Acton Ostry Architects, broke ground mid-December last year at George Brown College’s Waterfront campus in Toronto. Limberlost Place is already setting a precedent for construction efficiency for mass timber assembly building projects.

“The mass timber components of the building’s structure are out in the open, displaying natural elegance as the building climbs to its third storey above ground”.
– Mattias Bessai, Urban Toronto
