New School Exhibit

Congrats to Alex Bozikovic of the Globe & Mail on their recent unveiling of the New School Exhibition, presented by the Toronto Metropolitan University Department of Architectural Science. This gallery displays graphic content and historic photographs demonstrating the modern design evident in the architecture of schools within the Toronto Board of Education. It is a comprehensive look into the approaches seen in the decades following World War 2, including John McCrae Public School in Scarborough, designed by Moriyama & Teshima Architects in 1969.
