Paul Aquilina brings over 15 years of experience as contract administrator and job captain for various building types. His construction management portfolio includes significant projects like the award-winning Surrey Civic Centre, a new City Hall with council chamber, office spaces and civic plaza; the Windsor City Hall, working from program design inception to issuance of tender drawings and assisting on contract administration; and the Conestoga College North Campus Expansion, where Paul was fully engaged from program design inception to reconceptualize the existing facilities into a welcoming student hub and spaces for advanced information studies. Paul assisted with the design development of the support buildings for the Gordie Howe International Bridge, an inspiring new gateway to Canada involving extensive aesthetic design requirements and review. Paul has recently been performing contract administration work for the West Memorial Building Rehabilitation in Ottawa, a major renovation to a heritage building for the temporary home for the Supreme Court of Canada.

With Paul’s diversity of skills, he provides a continuous thread throughout a project from design development to site construction. Paul’s strengths are in design coordination and project management, and his technical knowledge, attention to detail, collaborative management style, and ability to resolve conflicts and build consensus, make him an invaluable asset during project development and on the construction site.
