Simon Eltayar is a licensed architect at MTA, with significant experience in multi-unit residential, transit, public projects. An alumni of Lawrence Technological University in Michigan, having earned a master’s degree in Architecture, Simon stays connected to his alma mater by serving as an adjunct professor, teaching their graduate studio. His professional areas of interest include digital fabrication mediums, automation, and prefabricated structures. With a knack for figuring out the constructability of building elements, Simon is currently working on the West Memorial Building Rehabilitation, specialising in contract administration.
